St. Barbara’s Durham Greek Festival 2018

Experience the fabulous flavors, sights, and sounds of Greece on Saturday, May 5 and Sunday, May 6 at the DURHAM GREEK FESTIVAL! Admission is free!
Enjoy favorite Greek foods including gyros, grilled chicken pita wraps, pork souvlaki, spanakopita (spinach and feta cheese pie) and pastitsio (the Greek take on lasagna). Savor slow-roasted lamb and a variety of delicious Greek pastries and desserts. Kick back with Greek wine and beer at the Taverna. Refuel with traditional coffee and iced frappés at the Kafenion.
Live performances include the bouzouki band “Opa!” and traditional Greek folk dancing. Bring your dancing feet and join in on the fun!
Shop and browse art, crafts, jewelry, books, and gifts at the Marketplace. Stock up on your favorite Mediterranean olives, feta cheese, spices, and sweet bread at the Bakaliko grocery. Kids will have a blast at the outdoor Kids Zone with fun for all ages!
Try your luck at the raffle to win $1000 or other great prizes. Our silent auction will feature fine art, ceramics, and collectibles.
